Twas the night of the podcast, and all through the house
Cue was a sleeping, Oreo playing with a mouse
Snow’s calling Latte, waking Cue with care
Nyk’s watching tv, said he’d be there.
Cue is finally up, positioned herself on the bed
Got everything ready, earphones on their heads.
Gizmo project is on, we still hear the echo,
So Latte uses Skype, and deals with the audio.

... and might not be available till next week. Does that mean there will be nothing released any time soon? No. We did get to record episode 9! That will be added some time today.

At first, we thought of just releasing the lost episode 1.5 aka episode 2 (really.) Or the Halo episode that had a lot of explicit cursing at the end. Not really sure if people would be interested in hearing very random rambling OR Latte cursing like a sailor XP

Anyhoo. That's the update!

We recorded episode 8 last night and we thought it was all good but for some reason it didn't record at Latte's end. We had back-up set up by NYK but when we switched from Gizmo to Skype to record, his sound device decided to mute him. And he didn't know this until after the said recording. So all we have is his recording of us 3 sisters and his responses muted XP That's not gonna make sense to our listeners XP

What to do? I'm gonna have to listen to it and see what I can edit out and salvage. We'll see. Hay naku!!! 'Tangina!!!!

BTW, does anybody know how to fix an echo in Gizmo? I'm podcasting in the bedroom while NYK is in the livingroom. When I'm in the conference with Snow and Cue - the echo is faint but when NYK signs on, the echo is noticeable. Which is why we end up using Skype instead. I'm using a USB Logitech headset.. he's using a LabTec headset. My sisters are using headsets, too, and all of our playback is heard through the headset and not through our speakers.

Anyways, will let ya know what's up. We're planning on podcasting again this Friday. Alrighty then.

A bird locally called tiktik, which hums when an Aswang is near..

Tiyanak - Simply a crying, adorable baby who turns monster. Popularized in generation X by an 80's movie, "Tiyanak" with the lead role played by Janice de Belen (it was even branded, "anak ni Janice"), this monster turns into baby to lure humans to them, thereafter eating the fooled person up. The Tiyanak (related to Changelings) is the offspring of a woman and a demon, as said by the Filipinos. The Tiyanak can also be the aborted fetus of the mother, and then comes to life to bring mischief and hardships to the woman. It is characterized as having red skin and no hair, with glowing eyes.
